Plans & billing

• The Free tier includes one AI scan for the lifetime of your account
• Pro is $9.99 per month, billed monthly
• Pro includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. No charge is applied during the trial period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, contact us at hello@lookscore.app and we will review your request promptly.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse of the service, or attempt to circumvent plan limits. We will notify you where reasonably possible before taking action.
